Dr. Omar Quiroz, a graduate from UNAM in Mexico City, specialized in gastrointestinal surgery at the Pémex Hospital, endoscopic surgery at the ABC Medical Center and bariatric surgery at the General Hospital of Tláhuac (one of the best schools in the country). He holds a fellowship in gastrointestinal and bariatric endoscopy at the Pémex Hospital and received additional training in Florida with Dr. Moises Jacobs. He is an Assistant Professor at UNAM and teaches surgery and endoscopy at the Pémex Hospital, where he also provides emergency services.
